Comprising of 6 high-rise blocks and 15 exclusive strata terrace houses, the architecture of this project is designed with intricate planning to create an exclusive city fringe development. Kovan Regency targets the upwardly mobile crowd that aspires for a better lifestyle. The design creates a living environment that is comfortable and practical, yet unique and innovative at the same time. Regardless of unit layout, block design and landscape spaces, all aspects are created with abundance of space, light, views and uniqueness for all.
