The architectural development for the project has a deliberate beginning. The objective from the onset was to create unique living spaces in condo units that are very different from the usual configuration thus producing a variety of options that suit different lifestyles. At the same time, the creation of vastly different internal layouts necessitated a rethinking of the way block siting of a usual condominium development is done. A more organic approach to the site planning is conceived, which is a departure from the usual rectilinear block layout. This is needed to create a site design that complements and enhances the individual units, creating a combination of site and unit that is uniquely harmonious and clear in intent.
