This Executive Condominium project was conceived as a development of hills set amidst a backdrop of the Lower Seletar reservoir. Inspired from the Chinese paintings of mountains encompassing the lake, this development seeks to be part of the composition of the reposeful reservoir, outlined by the undulating golf course. Each housing block is imagined as a ‘hill’ punctuated with gardens, at alternating positions at every floor. The staggering of these ‘hills’ further accentuates the sense of depth, painting itself as a unique picturesque abode looking over the golf course to the reservoir. These green spaces also complement the rising need for active green living among the residents.
